Sustainability Objectives for 2025
Here are our objectives for our sustainability and transparency efforts that should be achieved by end of year 2025. We use these objectives to help determine our overall long-term performance on ecological and social sustainability. New objectives are added and updated in 5-year cycles.

Engagement with Our Community
1. We will add the following garment care sections on our website:- Instructions for repairing most common issues on garments such as holes and tears
2. To help educate our community on better choices and practices, we will:
- Add books (minimum 3) on ecological sustainability and social justice to our online store
- Pilot an online lecture and/or podcast discussion and/or other learning material on diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) for free on our online platforms
4. We will pilot a 2nd hand marketplace for pre-owned Latimmier products. The pilot may be executed either online or through physical pop-up stores
Material & Production
5. We will bulk produce at least one naturally dyed product line
6. We will pilot circular cutting waste processes with at least one of our factory partners. The goal of this pilot is to gather cutting waste and regenerate and/or recycle it to new materials
7. By end of year 2025 we will have information of the following:
- 100% of Tier 3 production (all hardware production)
8. All our online store packaging materials, clothing bags, pop-up store and showroom hangers and other branded packaging items are made from recycled and/or biodegradable materials
Work Practices
9. We will present minimum 10 quantifiable key performance indicators (KPIs) to be achieved by end of year 2030
Achieved Objectives
- On average, minimum 20% of our bulk and sample production materials are made in Finland - achieved in 2023
- We will add the following garment care sections on our website:
- Detailed care instructions for each type of material available in our collections - achieved in 2023
- We will pilot and successfully implement natural dyeing processes in at least one product - achieved in 2023
- By end of year 2025 we will have information of the following:
- 100% of Tier 1 production - achieved in 2022
- 100% of Tier 2 production - achieved in 2022
- 50% of Tier 4 production - achieved in 2023
- 50% of Tier 5 production - achieved in 2023
- Minimum 90% of all material, hardware and product production is located within the EU - achieved in 2022
- Minimum 65% of our collection is either certified sustainable, new generation sustainable materials, upcycled, recycled or made of deadstock - achieved in 2023
- Our studio is powered only by wind, solar or hydropower - achieved in 2023
- Minimum 50% of our job and internship opportunities us go to marginalized people or otherwise underrepresented people in fashion. With this said, we only work with people based on their talent, not solely because of their identity, and we don't see the two as mutually exclusive - achieved in 2022
- We will hire a person (part-time or freelance) to focus on our company's sustainability efforts in order to make sure we are actively receiving the latest information and setting ambitious objectives and standards - achieved in 2023
